We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our digital and offline marketing initiatives. This role will play a critical part in growing our brand awareness, engagement, and driving business growth through creative, high-impact marketing campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving significant brand growth across global markets.
  • Own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels, leveraging data and insights to create high-impact marketing programs.
  • Lead event marketing strategies for digital events (webinars, product launches) and large-scale offline events (conferences, trade shows, brand activations) with a focus on maximizing brand exposure and engagement.
  • Direct and manage multi-million dollar marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Creative, and Engineering) to shape the company’s positioning, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and strategic guidance while driving innovation and performance across campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key influencers, agencies, media outlets, and industry leaders to strengthen market positioning.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance with clear KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and scale successful strategies.
  • Willingness to travel to manage, support, and attend international events, conferences, and other promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role, overseeing both digital and offline marketing activities at a global level.
  • Proven success in developing and executing large-scale marketing strategies that drive growth in brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, social media) and offline event marketing (trade shows, conferences, exhibitions).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with C-suite executives to drive business initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performance team while fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making, with proven success in optimizing marketing budgets for maximum impact.
  • Understanding of Web3 technologies and marketing strategies for Web3 platforms (blockchain, decentralized applications, NFTs, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Korean is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to oversee and support global marketing efforts and events.
