Event Promotions Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communication & Promotion Manager to lead the development and execution of exclusive on-site events and promotional activities for our premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing high-quality events that effectively showcase our properties to potential buyers and key stakeholders. This role will focus on creating engaging, in-person experiences to elevate brand presence and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage on-site events for property launches, private showings, and other promotional activities to attract high-profile clientele.
• Develop tailored event strategies that highlight the premium nature of the properties and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and project teams, to align events with business goals and maximize impact.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, and follow-up communications to ensure strong attendance and engagement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners, such as event management agencies, suppliers, and contractors, to deliver top-tier events.
• Create and manage on-site promotional materials to support event branding and communicate property features effectively.
• Ensure that all events adhere to the company’s brand standards and are executed with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients to support long-term engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communication, event management, or promotions, preferably in the premium or real estate sectors.
• Proven track record in organizing and managing high-quality on-site events.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional event experiences.
• Experience working with external vendors and agencies to ensure flawless event execution.
