Tips: It is a key position in the hospitality and event management industry. The main responsibility in this role is to sell and manage weddings and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events to generate revenue for hotels, venues, or event organizer companies
Responsibilities
1. Discussing sales strategies with Superior to boost revenue in the wedding and MICE segments.
2. Cross-department collaboration: Coordinating with the operations, marketing, and food & beverage teams to guarantee successful events.
3. Managing customer relationships (CRM): Sustaining connections with past clients and identifying new opportunities.
4. Negotiating contracts and ensuring all event requirements are fully met by the company.
5. Sales reports and analysis: Providing sales reports and market trend insights to support future sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualification
- Strong Communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2 years in the same field
