Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Technical Writer at Snipeyes Cybersecurity in Tangerang. The Junior Technical Writer will be responsible for tasks related to technical communication, technical documentation, technical writing, and creating manuals to support various projects and initiatives within the cybersecurity domain.

• Create and enhance presentation slides that are both informative and engaging.
• Demonstrate excellent English language skills and adapt to professional communication.
• Actively engage in communication and gather information from technical and non-technical sources to transform into easily understandable written content.
• Simplify complex technical content into language that is accessible to a general audience.
• Possess an educational background or experience in the IT field.
• Prepare accurate and concise Minutes of Meeting (MoM) after technical meetings or discussions.
• Write articles on current topics in cybersecurity for publication on the company's website.
• Regularly update and manage content on the company's website.
• Show a strong interest in the field of cybersecurity, including trends, threats, and the latest technologies.
• Exhibit curiosity and a constant drive to learn new information and expand knowledge in cybersecurity.
• Update company profiles, office websites, and presentation slides to ensure information is always current.
• Be familiar with and accustomed to working with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
• Create visuals that support content, such as images, infographics, and slide designs using Canva or other design tools.
• Develop in-depth, high-quality whitepapers to present research or technological solutions.
• Assist the technical team in meetings with foreign clients, serving as a liaison to ensure clear communication in English.

Qualifications

1. Background in IT or relevant work experience in the technology/cybersecurity industry.
2. Strong writing skills in both Indonesian and English.
3. Experience in creating technical documentation, whitepapers, and content for diverse audiences.
4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple writing projects simultaneously.
5. Curiosity and motivation to continually learn and stay updated on developments in the cybersecurity field.
6. Experience in creating documentation and manuals
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
