Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager for Outborn Watercraft’s new 12.5m luxury transport vessel Vedanta. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day bookings, operations, managing processes, customer satisfaction, crew relations and ensuring quality control. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to join immediately and domiciled in Bali
  • Manage booking systems and coordination with agents and brokers
  • Communicate with Clients and Stakeholders
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Clerical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in operations management, production planning, and quality control
  • Ability to optimize operational efficiency and problem-solving skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the marine industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Business Management, or related field
