Responsibilities:

The position of Area Business Manager will be responsible to plan, organizing, drive and control sales strategy & objective, customer relationships and Sales Team capability to achieve company business objective in plan their respective area.

• Deliver & manage company sales objective in specific Area.
• Identify sales growth & opportunity in specific Area.
• Manage all channel both Traditional (Wholesaler and Retail) and Modern Trade (On Premise like Bar, Hotel, Restaurant, etc).
• Develop promotion program plan in line with company strategy within the given budget.
• Ensure the execution of program plan accordingly by the sales team.
• Manage, implement & monitor the system, processes, and way of working.
• Evaluate marketing information & communicate timely to the right channel.
• Come up with initiatives / ideas to win the competition and deliver the target market share & sales volume.
• Periodic monitoring and assessment of stockist/distributor performance.
• Initiate prompt corrective action upon stockist/distributor low performance (below standard).
• Ensure auditing practices are carried out properly to stockist/distributor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any background.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Area, with mininum 3 years experience in managerial position (from FMCG area would be good advantage).
• Have a good experience in account management by handling On Premise Channel like Bar, Hotel, Restaurant, etc and show a good exposure in handle wholesaler and retail
• Conversant in english both verbal & written.
• Has a good leadership & negotiation skills.
• Willing to be placed in Bali.
