Responsibilities:
• Manage employee administration which includes (attendance data, leave, payroll, and regular employee data updates) including employee performance KPI
• Conduct and calculate monthly payroll process
• Registration process BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan (in/out)
• Responsible to maintain compensation & benefit
• Conduct end to end recruitment process (Job Post, Interview, Test, etc)
• Create, develop and improve (Job Description, SOP, and KPI)
• Responsible for General Affairs, procurement and operation facility of the company
• Maintain relationship with third party and company such as (finance, operation)
• Maintain and control asset management of company
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from Human Resources, Legal or related
• At least 3 years working experience in HRGA
• Understand of HRGA function and task
• Detail, fast learner, and good thinking
• Good in English is preferrable
• Have an understanding of government regulation such as Omnibus Law, Industrial Relation, and BPJS is a big plus
• Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang
• Willing to work immediately
