What you will do:
- Manage the end-to-end process of daily operations on marketplace platforms
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of e-commerce operations
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
- Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify trends, net sales, and profit & loss targets of the business
- Develop data-driven recommendations and strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance across all channels
- Manage and monitoring livestream dan create report based on live streaming session
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to ensure the successful execution of account strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions
- Good analytical skills and a keen eye to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Have hands-on experience in beauty industry
- Willing to WFO at Meruya, West Jakarta
