Role Description
The role will develop products by designing strategies, conducting research and experiments related to trends, markets, and customers to derive useful conclusions for the developed product, and collaborating with product leads and cross-functional teams to deliver products/features that are beneficial to users. The working system is hybrid (WFO placement is at Cipondoh, Tangerang).
Required Qualifications:
-Understanding the product management process well and Agile Scrum
-Capable of creating and applying product metrics
-Able to conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis effectively, and draw conclusions and strategies from the research and analysis
-Fluent in Excel and product management tools
-Possesses strong business acumen
-Understanding financial regulations and licensing for Payment Service Providers will be plus
