Position: Trade Marketing Supervisor
About The Role
For this role, the aim is to drive strategic alignment, enhance market performance, and optimize customer and financial outcomes through effective planning, execution, and analysis.
What You Will Do?
- Align brand team strategies with channel strategies to gain a competitive edge in outlets.
- Design and implement programs and activities to enhance outlet or market performance.
- Offer insights and suggestions for customer development programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create activities that include in-depth analysis of customer development and trade reviews.
- Collect data and conduct analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Implement and manage channel and brand activities in the General Trade market (retail, grocery stores, distributors/sub-distributors).
- Develop and manage budgets for customer development program activities.
- Plan, control, and manage expenditures for trade activities.
What You Will Need?
- Bachelor's Degree
- Have relevant experience minimum 2 years in the similar position (experience in Trade Marketing will be preferred)
- Excellent understanding in the business process of consumer goods/OTC (Sales & Marketing)
- Have an interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and achievement skills.
- Able to coordinate and collaborate across functions within the organization
- Proficient in data analysis to develop channel strategies and enhance productivity.
