Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Security Supervisor at Link-8 Indonesia located in Denpasar. As a Security Supervisor, your day-to-day tasks will include leading your security team, overseeing security operations, conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing site rules and regulations, and responding to incidents and emergencies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

  • Security operations, surveillance, and emergency response skills
  • Experienced in leading a small group of a security team
  • Has basic leadership attributes
  • Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
  • Strong observation and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Attention to detail and alertness
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • Prior experience in security or law enforcement is an advantage
  • Security certifications or training is a plus
