Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Electrical Supervisor at PT Universal Luggage Indonesia in Banten, Indonesia. The Mechanical Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance, ensuring the functionality of electrical equipment, and managing a team of technicians.

Job duty Mechanical Electrical Supervisor:

· Monitor and ensure the utility management of factory at the normal operation so that have good reliability and efficiency

· Support the business growth and production requirement of the company so that company's strategy is achieved

· Dispatch and manage manpower to operate and maintain utility management of factory based on SOP so that factory facilities are well maintained

· Provide training course for the team to increase their capabilities

· Identify systematic problems and solutions based on data-driven approaches

· Report the energy and water efficiency (monthly)

· Organize each section and lead of all leaders to achieve the goal of department

· Give coaching and counseling to the team if any abnormal situation in Utility Management and team performance

· Evaluate the performance to ensure the performance and professionalism elevation in order to keep high working performance

· Required to repair, adjust and systematically maintain water treatment systems, boilers, air compressors, pumps and other utility.

  • Electrical Maintenance and Electricity
  • Electrical Engineering and Electrical Equipment
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and electrical codes
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Relevant work experience in a supervisory role
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Engineering
  • Fluency in English (Mandarin is advantage)
  • Training & Licenses (relevant for this position)
  • A hard worker, detail-oriented, and obtain a good interpersonal skill is required.
  • Microsoft skills (Excel/Word/Power point)
