  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Sales Representative at Carla Priscilla Art Courses. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The representative will also be responsible for promoting courses and services to potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Knowledge of art industry or interest in art
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
