Account Management Officer (Account Manager)

Work Setting: On-site (WFO)

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Experience: 1-3 years

Salary: Rp.6.000.000-7.000.000

Job Description:

1. Create Qris Dynamic & Static.

2. Activation After Sales New Client.

3. Build and maintain relationships with merchants through onboarding, resolving technical issues, product training, and communication in multiple ways.

4. Lead merchant activation from the early stage until go live, implement and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

5. Overseeing end-to-end integration process and acting as the first point of contact by liaising with client's technical teams with an intermediate understanding of APIs.

6. Manage relationships with customers to collect feedback for continuous product improvement.

7. Work closely with external stakeholders (partners) to understand client needs and optimize client's experience in YUKK's product.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute project management to maximize business growth.

9. Conducting monthly, quarterly, and yearly account activation reviews for all clients.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience 1 – 3 years in account management, merchant operations, or client relationship.

2. Have strong administration skills and attention to detail.

3. Excellent time management skills and problem-solving.

4. Have experience and passion in supporting and handling clients.

5. Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over-conference calls.

6. Have a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.

7. Take a well-planned and organized approach towards all your work.

8. Optional - have prior experience in the payments industry. This will be nice to have but is not necessary.

• Optional - Able to understand APIs and explain in basic technical terms.
