Inside Sales Digital Marketing professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support and guide small & medium businesses in their social media marketing efforts, both maximizing their personal capabilities and helping their businesses grow.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness.
  • Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models.
  • Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email & chat.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: At least 1-year sales experience.
  • Overall Work Experience: 3 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience if a graduate of Sales/Marketing Related Courses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • BPO experience preferred.
  • Outbound sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge in ad solutions within eCommerce platforms.
  • Understanding of SMB needs and customer journeys in eCommerce.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital ad formats (search, display, sponsored products).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
