Inside Sales Digital Marketing professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support and guide small & medium businesses in their social media marketing efforts, both maximizing their personal capabilities and helping their businesses grow.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.
- Manage a portfolio of advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness.
- Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models.
- Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email & chat.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: At least 1-year sales experience.
- Overall Work Experience: 3 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience if a graduate of Sales/Marketing Related Courses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- BPO experience preferred.
- Outbound sales experience.
- Strong knowledge in ad solutions within eCommerce platforms.
- Understanding of SMB needs and customer journeys in eCommerce.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital ad formats (search, display, sponsored products).
- Proficiency with CRM systems for client management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced & multicultural environment,
