• Has deep understanding on how contests / reward contributes to business goal
• Has strong ability to manage multiple contests simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
• Has strong ability to develop data-driven cost and benefit analysis for each contest / reward to measure feasibility and effectiveness
• Has strong ability to clearly communicate and promote contests / reward, engage participants and present to stakeholders
• Has strong leadership to smoothly go through all phases of contest / reward planning and execution, as well as monitor implementation and evaluate effectiveness toward business goal
• Min bachelor's degree from reputable university
• Min 8 years experiences in contest / reward management with proven track record on successful outcome
• Has strong leadership skill, good personal and interpersonal skills
