Our client is a new company that is established through 2 big conglomerates where they are building an IT Service company. They will be selling various products such as consultancy, cloud reselling, datacenter solutions, infrastructure and many other products.
Job Description
- Manage and bring in new businesses
- Develop and execute strategic plans to hit sales targets
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely execution of agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Provide client support and ensure satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Experience in hunting Sales role
- Demonstrable records & having originated closed deals
- Strong communication within various stakeholders
- Able to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, critical analytical thinking, negotiation, business acumen and presentation skills
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Has knowledge/experience in selling to these industry sectors: Smart city (government), Cloud Reselling, Enteprise, Data Center. Knowledge in more industry is more preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of working experience and ideally has background working with in a System Integrator
- Candidate that has experienced in working with Principals (AWS, Dell, Google, IBM, etc) are also a plus
- Promising career progression within the IT Group
- Be part of a reputable Commercial team with excellent long term vision and opportunity
