Job Description
- Identify existing and new fraud patterns / risks in Shopee Video and Shopee Live, i.e proactively / reactively look at possibilities of new modus operandi and loop hole with the current system that may impact the business negatively.
- Keep track of fraud rate in Shopee Video and Live and its impacts to business metrics.
- Assist in creating weekly reports and presentations on findings and updates regarding fraud in Shopee Video and Shopee Live.
- Assist in creating new / updating existing content policies, including online training our Trainers team for on the ground implementation in Shopee Video and Shopee Live.
- Assist in competitors intelligence & research.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or overseas university.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience; preferably in e-commerce / content platforms with content moderation, risk, or fraud background.
- Proficient in Ms. Excel, Powerpoint; Google Sheets, Slides.
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
- Good communication and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written.
- Strong ownership, able to work fast under pressure and uncertainty.
