We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background working in an Influencer Marketing Agency to join MOCA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing partnerships with brands, and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and prospect potential brands for influencer marketing collaborations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies.
· Understand client objectives, budget and concern, make proposal to client with suitable solutions.
· Negotiate and close commercial contract with client.
· Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
· Ensure release of timely payments from the Clients
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Influencer Marketing Agency.
· Strong network and connections with direct advertisers and brands.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
· In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
