About the Team/Role

Entrupy Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Authentication Team Lead to oversee our Luxury Authentication team based in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of luxury authentication professionals, ensuring the team meets and exceeds service level agreements (SLAs) through high-quality and efficient processing. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our luxury authentication operations by implementing strategic objectives, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving operational processes. Note: This position will be based in Southeast Asia, with a requirement to be in India for the first 3-6 months.

What you'll do:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders to align on goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership & Development:
  
  • Manage, coach, and develop luxury authentication team members, ensuring high levels of performance, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and oversight to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    
    
• Operational Management:
  • Assist management in implementing organizational objectives, strategies, and policies to optimize authentication operations.
  • Analyze business performance data for the luxury authentication team in your region and develop actionable recommendations to enhance operational productivity, quality control, and accuracy.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal systems and knowledge repositories to improve the delivery of Entrupy luxury authentication.
    
    

What you bring

• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the luxury fashion or resale industry, with a focus on authentication or assessment of luxury items.
  • Proven experience in managing remote teams with a demonstrated ability to operate efficiently in a virtual environment.
  • Strong background in analyzing operations data and implementing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and time zones.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup environment.
