Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or similar roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
3、Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts in a fast-paced industry.
4、Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
5、Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
6、Experience working in a global organization, with an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and international business practices.
7、Fluent in English, additional languages a plus, and proficiency in CRM software.
