- Formulate, develop, and implement policies, plans, and work programs to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of EXIM operations.
- Coordinate and ensure that EXIM staff adhere to the EXIM Quality Management System.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each division within EXIM, review achievements, and address any issues that arise.
- Supervise and monitor Export, Import, PPJK, and Operations activities.
- Conduct periodic and objective assessments of subordinate performance and work towards enhancing their capabilities.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with Customs and Excise agencies, CFS Warehouses, and Port Managers to ensure seamless EXIM operations.
- Minimum D3/S1 degree preferably in Logistics or Transportation.
- 10 years of experience in Exim logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and email.
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Willing to work in Cakung, North Jakarta.
