Our Japanese Freight Forwarding Company client is seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager - Exim to join their team. Please see the details below:

Responsibilites:

  • Formulate, develop, and implement policies, plans, and work programs to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of EXIM operations.
  • Coordinate and ensure that EXIM staff adhere to the EXIM Quality Management System.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each division within EXIM, review achievements, and address any issues that arise.
  • Supervise and monitor Export, Import, PPJK, and Operations activities.
  • Conduct periodic and objective assessments of subordinate performance and work towards enhancing their capabilities.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with Customs and Excise agencies, CFS Warehouses, and Port Managers to ensure seamless EXIM operations.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3/S1 degree preferably in Logistics or Transportation.
  • 10 years of experience in Exim logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and email.
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Willing to work in Cakung, North Jakarta.
