WORK LOCATION: BALI

Responsibility:

  • Receiving the delivery of inventory and reconciling with the purchase order.
  • Track, record and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
  • Updating records of physical counts, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
  • Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
  • Storing inventory in an accessible manner.
  • To oversee and manage warehouse inventory.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Creating diary logs of inventory
  • Prepare the inventory for the daily activity of Operation
  • Communicate and cooperate with Operations & Onboarding division for the inventory needs
  • Responsible for rotating inventory and coordinating with Operations & Onboarding division
  • Supervising loading and unloading of inventory, moving equipment and report for the damaged inventory

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication and strong negotiation skill
  • Able to work within tight deadline with high-mobility schedule/timeline
  • Deep in analytical thinking, problem solving, and detail oriented
  • Good in Microsoft Excel and able to deal with big data
  • Reliable, and trustworthy (honest)
  • Great organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent networking and time management skills.
