WORK LOCATION: BALI
Responsibility:
- Receiving the delivery of inventory and reconciling with the purchase order.
- Track, record and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Updating records of physical counts, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
- Storing inventory in an accessible manner.
- To oversee and manage warehouse inventory.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Creating diary logs of inventory
- Prepare the inventory for the daily activity of Operation
- Communicate and cooperate with Operations & Onboarding division for the inventory needs
- Responsible for rotating inventory and coordinating with Operations & Onboarding division
- Supervising loading and unloading of inventory, moving equipment and report for the damaged inventory
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Good communication and strong negotiation skill
- Able to work within tight deadline with high-mobility schedule/timeline
- Deep in analytical thinking, problem solving, and detail oriented
- Good in Microsoft Excel and able to deal with big data
- Reliable, and trustworthy (honest)
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent networking and time management skills.
