Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to play a leading role in our financial business team. It’s a role that will allow you to have a big impact from day one! You will work closely with the vertical leads from business development, operations, marketing, design, product and engineering to shape the priorities of the vertical, building conviction through your insights and analysis.

Requirements

1. You have 3+ years of experience in analytics, background from financial/ lending institutions will be a bonus point
2. You have strong SQL/Bigquery skills and intermediate programmatic expertise, in either of Python or R
3. You have experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Mixpanel, Amplitude etc.) and demonstrate storytelling ability with data
4. You’re a self-starter who is comfortable working in highly empowered team
5. You have clear structural thinking and are able to solve problems based on given hypotheses.
6. You have a basic understanding of modeling techniques (e.g. regression models, clustering, classification, causal inference, etc)
7. Proficiency in data principles, system and data architecture, and dimensional data modeling
