Current Position: We have a team of four covering media, content and eCommerce operations. We have several vendors in place and are on track to launch in 1.5 months. We are looking for marketing associate or manager to help drive our marketing initiatives and track feedback.

Job Title: Brand & Marketing Associate / Manager

1. Brand Marketing:

• Brand Strategy and Positioning:

o Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy for Kreasi Lens Mata's daily disposable colored contact lenses across various eCommerce platforms.

o Work collaboratively to define and articulate the unique selling propositions and brand positioning within the market.

• Content Development for Brand Storytelling:

o Infuse brand storytelling into content development strategies for digital marketing efforts. Craft

narratives that resonate with the target audience, including email marketing campaigns,

advertisements, and social media posts.

o Develop content pieces that not only showcase products but also communicate the brand's

mission, values, and commitment to excellence.

• Customer Engagement through Brand Initiatives:

o Devise strategies to engage customers beyond product listings, incorporating brand-related

events, challenges, or interactive campaigns into the marketing calendar.

o Implement initiatives that foster a sense of community and loyalty among customers, aligning

with the brand's identity and values.

• Monitoring Brand Performance Metrics:

o Identify and monitor key performance metrics related to brand presence and perception on

eCommerce platforms. Assess the impact of branding efforts on customer perception and

engagement.

o Utilize performance metrics to refine and optimize brand marketing strategies, ensuring

alignment with overall business objectives.

• Adaptability in Brand Messaging:

o Demonstrate adaptability in brand messaging for different demographics or target audiences on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok. Ensure consistency while tailoring messages to diverse customer segments.

o Proactively adjust messaging strategies based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive positioning.

• Competitive Branding Analysis:

o Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand other brands in the contact lenses industry.

o Consider factors influencing brand perception and implement insights into the brand marketing

approach.

o Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to

enhance the brand's competitiveness.

2. Drive Targeted Traffic and SEO:

• Devise comprehensive strategies to attract and retain high-quality, relevant traffic to the online stores.

• Conduct in-depth SEO analysis, identify keywords, and execute optimization tactics to improve search

engine rankings and visibility.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant channels, carefully managing

budgets and targeting options.

• Collaborate closely with content creators to develop and publish engaging and relevant content, aligning

with SEO and traffic goals.

• Monitor website traffic, track user behavior, and analyze conversion data to make informed, data-driven

decisions for optimization.

3. Collaborate with Stakeholders:

• Forge strong working relationships with internal teams, such as product management, sales, graphics, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of product content updates.

• Engage with account managers from eCommerce platforms to co-plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

• Provide essential support for sales events, partnerships, and promotions, actively contributing to their

successful implementation and outcomes.

4. Process Enhancement and Data Analysis:

• Continuously evaluate and enhance marketing and eCommerce processes, focusing on streamlining operations, reducing bottlenecks, and improving efficiency.

• Analyze key performance data, including customer acquisition cost, sales conversion rate, bounce rate, and revenue by traffic source, to identify areas for improvement and growth.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating and adopting tools that can enhance eCommerce operations and competitiveness.

• Utilize advanced spreadsheet techniques and web analytics tools to organize data, monitor changes in product sales, and identify actionable insights.

5. Metrics Measurement and Reporting:

• Establish a comprehensive system for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics, including ROI, customer journey effectiveness, and engagement levels.

• Generate regular performance reports that offer detailed insights into the success of marketing campaigns and eCommerce initiatives.

• Conduct thorough assessments of campaign performance, drawing upon data-driven findings to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

6. Customer Experience Focus:

• Integrate customer feedback into brand and marketing strategies to ensure that our messaging aligns

with customer needs and expectations.

• Conduct usability testing and implement personalized marketing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

7. Innovation and Creativity:

• Encourage innovative and creative thinking in all aspects of brand marketing to ensure our brand remains

dynamic and ahead of industry trends.

• Explore new ideas and approaches to elevate the brand’s presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or equivalent.

• Preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in eCommerce or marketing.

• Key Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Demonstrable experience in eCommerce or digital sales.

• Desired Qualities: Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, adept at task prioritization, capable of working independently with meticulous attention to detail, and characterized by a proactive and collaborative team spirit.

• Qualifications or certification in Business Administration or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia

• Bonus: Proficiency in English
