    The ideal candidate for the Legal Director role will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a Bachelor's degree in law and a PERADI license, you will have spent at least 20 years practicing law, ideally within the mining industry. Your strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and litigation procedures will be crucial in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with various stakeholders. A strategic thinker, you are adept at identifying legal risks and providing practical solutions.

    • Bachelor degree in law is required.
    • Willingness to be placed on site (Central Sulawesi) with a schedule of 3 weeks on site, and 1 week in Jakarta.
    • PERADI license is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 20 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on the mining industry.
    • Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and litigation procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, government authorities, and external parties.
