Job Summary
For a Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing a team to ensure that all the orders well executed. The person in this role will need to be able to show strong leadership, work closely with cross-functional teams and develop solutions to enhance overall orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from any majors in similar field preferred
- 5 years of experience in any International Logistics or Procurement Department
- Strong Leadership, Analytical & Negotiations skills, Reporting and Problem Solving
- Excellent skills in written and spoken in English
- Have a strong knowledge of logistics (custom documents) and administrative documents
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali

Job Description
- Ability to lead and motivate a team (6 staffs)
- Maintain good communication with supplier and customers
- Solve related issues and customers complaints
- Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making
- Manage collaboration of internal and external stakeholders to analyze departmental needs and requirements
- Have knowledge in handling shipment delivery and its document needed
- Monitors and ensure current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on the ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency
