Manager Partnership Management

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of Strategic Partner management policies to meet the Company's business needs.
• Oversee the partnership management process for the development of CRM & SSO products in accordance with applicable partnership rules and policies.
• Ensure the availability of assessment methods, including risk assessments for prospective partners, and strategic partner selection processes aligned with the Company's needs.
• Ensure the management of partner identification processes for product development needs is in compliance with the Company's policies and regulations.
• Review the selection of strategic partners with the Strategic Investment & Partnership team to ensure alignment with the Company's investment plans and portfolio.
• Oversee the evaluation process of partner performance conducted by the Partnership Management team, ensuring compliance with Company policies and guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including regular communication to address and resolve issues that arise during the partnership process.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Informatics, Digital Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience and understanding in Strategic Partnership, Product Management, or Product Ownership are a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position.
• Proficiency in Product Management, Business Development, and Partnership Management.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
