Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Develop and manage marketing support programs for dealer stores that achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate KOL (Key Opinion Leader) visits to successful stores that achieved sales target
- Plan and execute digital strategy to promote partner stores.
Event Coordination
- Organize and manage in-store workshops, competitions, and events to drive traffic and engagement.
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure successful execution of events and marketing activities.
Marketing Support:
- Provide marketing support and resources to dealer stores, including promotional materials, social media content, and advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and campaigns tailored to store needs.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs and events.
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer stores and key stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for stores needing marketing assistance and support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing department
- Proven experience in marketing, KOL management event coordination, or a related role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with external partners.
