Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain deep insights into each customer’s setup, preferences, and needs.
  • Regularly assess customer accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to spot patterns indicating potential benefit from higher plans or additional features.
  • Analyze customer goals, usage patterns, and product setup.
  • Create personalized offers aligned with their objectives (e.g., upgrades or relevant features).
  • Present well-informed offers that consider customers’ goals and recent interactions.
  • Minimize churn risks by enhancing upsell or cross-sell chances.
  • Work closely with the Customer Retention, Customer Insight, and Customer Care teams.
  • Monitoring & Reporting of the customer campaign.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years previous of experience in customer management, preferably in the insurance or financial industry,
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to supervise and liaise with cross-functional teams.
