Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Staff - Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our user teams (IAS) and programming teams (GTS or TRS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology or Computer Science and excellent skills in business analysis, communication, and project management. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, designing technical solutions, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all projects.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Work with IT and development teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create process models, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to support solution design.
- Assist in the development of test plans and test cases.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Assist in training and documentation for end-users.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Ensure that all business analysis activities comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (D3/S1).
