Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share across all sales channels, including Modern Trade, General Trade (via distributors), E-commerce, and B2B (to banks, institutions, MLM).
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including opening new sales channels and acquiring new distributors.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with the President Director to develop and execute plans to increase EBIT.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.


The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including experience with Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and B2B sales channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
