Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share across all sales channels, including Modern Trade, General Trade (via distributors), E-commerce, and B2B (to banks, institutions, MLM).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including opening new sales channels and acquiring new distributors.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with the President Director to develop and execute plans to increase EBIT.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including experience with Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and B2B sales channels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
