Job Description

- Lead and oversee Company operations, including strategic planning, business development, and client management, to ensure high performance. This includes overseeing daily operations, planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring that the company's activities align with its financial and strategic objectives

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base.

- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to achieve profitability targets.

- Represent company professionally in dealings with clients, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the agency’s value proposition.

- Lead creative strategy and development of all creative campaigns and promotional ensuring a consistent brand across channels. Inspire the creative team to produce innovative and visually stunning content across various mediums.

- Provide strategic and creative direction for all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience preferences

- Conceptualize and oversee the execution of compelling 360 advertising campaigns across various mediums, including digital, print, and video

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Proven track record of success in leadership roles within the marketing or advertising agency industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as Creative Director or Creative Head or Creative Group Head

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

- Demonstrated track record of conceptualizing and executing innovative, trend-setting creative campaigns. A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across various mediums, with a focus on strategic thinking, storytelling, and visual aesthetics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;

- Experience working with international clients and managing cross-border operations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Proven ability to adapt and deep understanding to evolving market conditions and industry trends.
