  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

1. Understand & ensure House Rules/SOPs are running properly,

2. Assist GM Residence to supervise the Housekeeping Vendor and Security team

3. Make defect list of residence area per week and check the work after the follow up

4. Become a communication bridge between Operational departments in handling complaints/issues/requests (follow up to the relevant operational dept)

5. Understand & ensure Vendor/Service Contracts are running well

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 year's experience in Admin Finance & Operational SPV (Prefer Hotel or high-end Apartment/Residential)

2. Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any reputable university

3. Fluent in English (written & speaking)

4. Fully proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PPT)
