REQUIREMENT:
- Has Minimum 3 years experience in training , in smartphone would be advantage and proved by good track records
- Excellent analytical, Public relation , and problem solving skill
- Experience in training similar training program
- Mastering presentation technique ( speaking clearly, being able to manage training , classroom or in store, managing pre and post training evaluation
- Have a good understanding about training techinal and soft skill and Standard operational Procedure (SOP) Training
- Able to work under pressure
- Good Communication Skill
- Computer Literate (Ms Word, Excel and power point )
- Able to work with team include motivate team member
- Strong leadership and self driven
- Willing travel from time to time
- Able to create weekly presentation
Responsible to delivery training to all Sales Team:
- Create training program in order to support sales activity and productivity
- Monitor and evaluate training program to ensure the implementation of training and productivity of sales training ensure the training material and information are updated and available at all the time ( The main responsibility is deliver training , not creating training material Training material will be provided ( standardized) by HO
- Collaborate with PIC Trainer to identify relevant training needs and execution
- Maintain training equipment in good working condition
- Direct all training and development activities to ensure the program and curiculum running well organize training support to region team provide reports needed by the principle
- Willing to business trip follow the sales instruction
