Human Resources Manager

Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Human Resources Manager to join their team onsite in Bali.
Job Duties Include:
- Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, etc.
- Control and review recruitment process to ensure new hires fit with the organization’s needs
- Manage on boarding, orientation, and disciplinary action as needed
- Responsible for company payroll and researching salaries with ensuring they are in line legal requirements and industry standards
- Implement, control, review, and communicate the process of performance management and evaluation to ensure effectiveness
- Develop, plan, and manage training system to ensure expected competencies level of associates meet the requirement
- Develop people through activities, communication, consultation, and/or co-disciplinary action
- Proactively identify areas for staff improvement and partner with management/line managers for action
- Lead the team to design and implement human resource talent coaching strategy and programs in alignment with business strategy
- Control and coordinate the Human Resources & General Affairs and administration activities ensuring that records of all business are maintained as required
- Report government and/or business requirements and the progress of administrative services to management.
- Support with General Affair matters, regarding budget, health and safety food etc.
- Act as a contact point for Divisional, Entity, and Global HR in all related matters
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of experience as HR Manager, preferably from manufactory environment
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork, result oriented, and proactive
- Enthusiastic to teach/develop team members to make them equipped with better skill set
- Has coaching and training skill
- Knowledge handling local community in Bali preferred
- Experience working with multinational firm preferred
- Good command of the English language (Well proven both spoken & written)
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office
