Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience as manager/team leader in the F&B industry (Experience in Craft Chocolates and Specialty Coffee is preffered)
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skill
- Able to speak English
- Having problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated with positive attitude
- Solid understanding of café or production and supply operations, including food preparation, sanitation, and customer service
- Chocolate & Coffee enthusiast is a plus
- The candidate should live in or be willing to relocate to Bali
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Krakakoa Chocolate Café & Factory
- Supervise and motivate all staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
- Maintain a good relationship with new and regular customer
- Train and manage all café/production staff
- Maintain the quality of service and ambiance to meet the café’s standards
- Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels efficiently
- Monitor café finances, including budgeting and cost control
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses
- Contribute to the development and promotional strategies to drive business growth
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes for increased efficiency
