Graphic Designer - Jakarta

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with other departments to ensure the creative vision aligns with marketing goals and business objectives - Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team - Manage the budget and timeline for creative projects - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas and technologies into the creative process - Present ideas and final deliverables to clients or senior management - Create images that identify a product or convey a message including graphics development for product illustrations, logos and website (including color palettes, images, text styles, layout, etc) - Assist in creating concepts of videos and illustrations/animations required for multiple channels and marketing/business use cases - Develop new ideas for bringing our brand to life across multiple channels, mediums and stakeholders Requirements: - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite) - Proficient in AI tools to assist in graphic/creative media generation - Strong time management and stakeholder management skills to deliver output for various brands and business lines - Ability to keep track of current trends in agriculture and comparable brands
