We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst and Budget Control Manager. In this role, you will prepare financial analysis reports for the Finance Director, manage and compile budget data from various stakeholders, oversee budget realization, and provide insightful data analysis to guide strategic decisions. You will also ensure accurate and timely reporting and perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience as an auditor in a reputable Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial data analysis, budgeting, controlling, and consolidation.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, particularly Excel and its functions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial data analysis reports for the Finance Director.
- Collect and compile budget data from Partners and Directors.
- Develop annual budgets for all service lines.
- Monitor and control budget realization.
- Analyze budget data and trends.
- Perform additional tasks and reports as required.
