Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the coal-fired power plant.

Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of work.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.

Monitor plant equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure timely resolution of maintenance problems.

Manage maintenance budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address technical challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management within a coal-fired power plant or similar industrial environment.

Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and coordinating complex maintenance activities.

Strong knowledge of power plant systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office applications.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
