  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and monitor product/software implementation projects from initiation through delivery

Ensure that all implementation are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Serve as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met

Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of implementation

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Report to management as needed

Perform risk management to minimize implementation risks

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Drive process for prioritization of Defect backlogs; plan and deploy minor enhancements

Collaborate across Service Management, release management, Core Support and Development and software testing teams

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Computer science or Information System or related field

Solid knowledge of software development is a must

Two+ years of experience with at least one year of leadership responsibility

Broad knowledge of the field with proven leadership skills

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Must have experience working with offshore team, internal development teams and business teams

Having technical skill is a plus

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with Application Developers, Business and Clients
