Key Responsibilities:
- Job Analysis and Positioning:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.
- Administer pre-employment tests and assessments as required.
- Candidate Management:
- Provide candidates with information about the company, the role, and the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordination and Scheduling:
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and preparing employment contracts.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment processes.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s employer brand and culture through various channels.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
