Key Responsibilities:

  1. Job Analysis and Positioning:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
  1. Candidate Sourcing:
  • Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  1. Screening and Interviewing:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.
  • Administer pre-employment tests and assessments as required.
  1. Candidate Management:
  • Provide candidates with information about the company, the role, and the recruitment process.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  1. Coordination and Scheduling:
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and preparing employment contracts.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities.
  1. Reporting and Metrics:
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment processes.
  1. Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and culture through various channels.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
