You would be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sustainable growth in a variety of divisions.   • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft and deliver market-defining offers that propel the company's success.
  • Champion a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality compliance, embedding these principles into the company's DNA.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Act as a mentor, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nurture future leaders within the organization.
  • Forge strategic partnerships and alliances to extend our reach and strengthen our position in the marketplace.
  • Lead the identification, selection, and integration of new partners, including fabricators, coated steel warehouses, and roll formers, to enhance our market presence.

The successful candidate would also be considered as the natural successor to the current Country Manager for Indonesia and would have a background in project-based sales and business development.

Skills And Experience Needed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Technical, Marketing, etc.). MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of proven success in progressive sales leadership roles with a focus on strategy development.
  • Expertise in indirect channel management, regional brand development, and advanced marketing strategy in a related industry
