Job Summary

The Operations and Account Manager will play a dual role, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing key client accounts. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage internal operations while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, supply chain management, and client account management, preferably in the interior design or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of raising and processing purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and accuracy. Conduct regular inventory audits and manage reordering processes.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate deliveries to clients, working closely with logistics partners to ensure on-time and efficient delivery. Handle any delivery issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the timely supply of goods.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety regulations. Provide regular reports on inventory, orders, and deliveries.

Account Management

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring excellent communication, service, and support.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the design team and clients to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and win new business. Provide support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales and client pipeline building database and ensuring each stage of the funnel is being managed
  • Billing and Collections: Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and timely collections for all client accounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and account management, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and inventory management software.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards improving processes.
