Sales Processing Order

Job Description:

1. Accurately proces and prcessing customer order including printing & labelling, ensuring all details are correct and complete
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders, addressing any questions or issues promptly and professionally
3. Collaborate with stock keeper/ inventory, admin and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, including returns, exchanges, and billing errors
4. Assist in end to end from received orders from customer untill received by customer

Requirement:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4. Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
5. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
6. Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
7. Willing for seeking opportunity into improvement
8. Willing to work from office at Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan
