  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their accounting career within the healthcare industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintaining full sets of books for the assigned entities including activities such as:
  • Prepare and maintain accounting journals for FA, AP, GL and any intercompany activities
  • Prepare and maintain schedules and reconciliations of Balance Sheet items
  • Maintaining cashflow reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with other team members to drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
  • Support continuous effort to build up financial systems, internal controls and processes to support a growing business
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department manager

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or medical services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
