Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executing and Managing all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines and campaign requirements (Ex. Delivery Product, Supervise the event, etc)
  2. Coordinate with client & Team related for the future and ongoing campaign and/or regarding any issues
  3. Assisting in managing the campaign with clearly-defined KPIs and timeline
  4. Be a discussion partner for team if any concern of each campaign (Based on their experience)
  5. Make Sure all campaign & budget has been delivered 100%.
  6. Tracking campaign results, providing campaign learnings, and constantly improving campaign execution based on those learnings
  7. Work simultaneously with the team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  2. Must have min 3-4 years in Campaign Manager, Project Manager, or other relevant position in digital and/or creative agency, with total experience min. 6 years in the Campaign Specialist (end-to-end campaign handling).
  3. Experienced working at e-commerce/creative agency/digital agency will be prioritized
  4. Have a good communication skill.
  5. Detail oriented, disciplined, and able to carry out administrative tasks.
