Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, achieve targets, and expand market presence.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle escalated issues, and foster a positive customer experience.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, schedule shifts, and provide ongoing support and development.
- Financial Oversight: Manage branch budget, control expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.
- Compliance: Ensure branch compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Reporting: Track and report on branch performance, sales metrics, and operational issues to upper management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in management software is a plus.
