  • Perform contract negotiation and techno commercial standardization for Company’s interest

  • Collect supply chain management data including KPI for Global Supply Chain Monthly report

Responsibility

  • Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and review proposals from suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and contractual requirements.
  • Negotiate technical and commercial requirements, terms and conditions, and delivery arrangements with suppliers.
  • Proactively interface with stakeholders, such as project and technical teams, to ensure purchased items meet requirements, and suggest options and alternatives where relevant.
  • Set the service level agreements with suppliers based on agreed technical and commercial clarifications.
  • Manage supply chain data, including KPIs, for the Global Supply Chain monthly report.
  • Perform any tasks assigned by your superior.

Requirement

  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Strategic Buyer, Technical Buyer, or Project Procurement professional, particularly in handling engineering packages, with a focus on piping materials in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven experience in commercial and contractual negotiations for supply chain management contracts involving engineering packages.
