Job Description

Conduct industry and market research related to trends, risks, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Formulating concept, material, goal of group discussion to support strategy formulation
Provide strategic analysis related to the Company strategy, M&A, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Develop blueprints for future planning of both the holding company and business units to support organic and non-organic growth supported with financial models and valuation analyses that help guide the decision-making process.
Execute corporate actions, including strategy development, deal negotiation & structuring, due diligence, and coordinating with other departments.
Review and monitor the execution of group financial services strategies,
Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reporting, earnings releases, and investor presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor/Master's degree in business, Finance, engineering from top tier university
Min 5 years experience in management consulting firm, private equity, venture capital serving financial institution.
Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Capable to analyze financial report and develop financial model.
Capable to develop a story line of strategic solution.
Capable to manage projects with clarity of accountability and speed with high level of attention to details.
Willing to work with people from diverse background and various level of seniority.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluent English.
